This morning Adam perched on the computer desk by me, and I looked into his handsome hazel eyes.Giving into a Mommy Nonsense mood, I implored, "What are your eyes for?"
Adam: [blank look]
Me: [prompting] "Are they for seeing?"
Adam: [nods to the crazy mommy holding onto his cheeks]
Me: "What are your ears for?"
Adam: "Um, they - they are for list-ning."
Me: [Good answer!] "What about your nose?"
Adam: "It - it is for smelling some-ping."
Me: "Yes, it is! What do your hands do?"
Adam: "They - they touch sings."
Me: "And your mouth? What is your mouth for?"
Adam: "It is for growling!"
