We are getting ready for a gymnastics birthday party for four-year-old twins. As we wrapped up the presents this morning in Christmas princess paper (hey, it's pink, and you can only tell it's Christmas by the "Merry Christmas"es written on it), I asked Abby if she knew if today was actually the birthday or just the day they were celebrating.
She answered with certainty, "Well, Mama, we'll just have to wait and see. If there are jis' puckakes, we'll know it's not the real day."
You know, I think she's probably right.
